I am a creature of habit. My sister Alexa will quickly vouch for this. I thrive on routine, and I enjoy knowing what my day is going to hold. The same can be said for the recipes that I make. I have a solid list of recipes that I KNOW are going to be good every time, and they are ALWAYS on repeat! Although I will say a goal of mine for the year is to be a bit more adventurous in the kitchen! I’ll get there! But for now, I wanted to share some of my recent favorite healthy go-to recipes that have become staples of my meal planning rotation.

Easy Cajun Cauliflower Rice (seriously, so so easy) - https://www.instrupix.com/easy-keto-cajun-cauliflower-rice/

Crack Chicken Soup (substitute the heavy cream for something lighter to make it healthier) - https://diethood.com/creamy-crack-chicken-soup/

Healthy Lasagna Soup - https://confessionsofafitfoodie.com/healthy-instant-pot-lasagna-soup-21-day-fix-lasagna-soup-gluten-free/

Turkey Chili (I substitute the white beans for a can of chili beans for more flavor) - https://thegirlonbloor.com/slow-cooker-turkey-chili/

Fixate Chicken Parmesan Zucchini Boats - Beachbody on Demand

Fixate Turkey Sloppy Joes - Beachbody on Demand

Yes, I make soup ALL THE TIME. It’s such an easy way to pack lots of nutrients into one dish, and it’s less mess! I also stretch these recipes by adding extra veggies to make them go further! We love leftovers. If you’ve been looking for healthy recipes to try, these are a few that I will vouch for!

Let me know if you try any of these recipes and what you think!

P.S.

Don’t be afraid to add other seasonings or veggies to make it your own - I rarely follow the recipe exactly how it’s written. If you taste it and aren’t a huge fan, spice it up! Nothing is worse than sitting down to enjoy a meal you worked hard for and not even like it. Garlic or red pepper almost always make everything better. :)
